Fuel
• Please refill high-quality diesel that meets the National V and Beijing V (Beijing area) standards at regular gas stations: PetroChina, Sinopec, etc.
Fuel Filter:
• Please use genuine diesel filters from official channels
• The fine filter and the coarse filter must be replaced at the same time. The replacement mileage is 20,000 kilometers. The actual road conditions and usage habits must be referred to.
Note: The engine failure caused by the use of a fake filter element shall be borne by the user
Oil:
• Please use genuine oil from regular channels. The oil grade of Jingwu products is CH-4
• The oil grade of Tejing 5 products is CJ-4
Note: The user is responsible for the engine failure caused by the use of inferior oil
In some areas, the winter oil should be replaced in winter to ensure the cold start performance of the engine
Oil filter:
• Please use genuine machine filters from regular channels, and fake machine filters are prohibited
• The mileage for oil and filter replacement is 20,000 kilometers, and the actual road conditions and usage habits should be referred to.
Note: When replacing the oil filter, use clean oil for pre-filling
For engine failure caused by the use of fake filter, the user is responsible for the maintenance requirements of the engine
Air filter
• Please use genuine air filters from official channels
• If you find that the air filter is dusty or clogged, please replace it immediately
Note: The user is responsible for the engine failure caused by the use of the false air filter
It is forbidden to run the engine without an air filter, and the maintenance mileage should be appropriately shortened in harsh environments
Coolant
• Please add genuine coolant from regular channels
NOTE: It is prohibited to add water to the cooling system as a substitute for coolant, this can cause serious engine failure
Engine failure caused by adding inferior coolant is the responsibility of the user

Aftertreatment Maintenance Requirements
Urea solution
• Please use genuine urea solution from regular channels
• Vehicle urea is a high-purity liquid urea solution with a concentration of 32.5% with a freezing point of -11ºC
Note: Do not add water to the urea solution or use agricultural urea or inferior urea, which will cause failure of the aftertreatment system
Oil and gas separator
• Please use genuine oil and gas separators from regular channels. The replacement mileage is 60,000 kilometers. The actual road conditions and usage habits should be referred to.
• Use clean 15W-40 oil to coat the oil filter gasket surface with oil during installation
Urea pump filter element
• The filter element is located in the urea pump, and the replacement mileage is 120,000 kilometers. The actual need to refer to the road conditions and usage habits
Urea filling filter

• The filter element is located in the urea tank, and the replacement mileage is 120,000 kilometers. The actual need to refer to the road conditions and usage habits

Vehicle daily inspection items
Fuel oil water separator
• Drain the oil-water separator daily before starting the vehicle to drain water and sediment from the oil-water separator
• If the warning light of the fuel water sensor is on during driving, please open the drain valve immediately to drain the water
• Be careful not to overtighten the drain valve, as overtightening will damage the threads and affect the tightness

Oil level
• Lay the vehicle horizontally, pull out the oil dipstick to check the oil level before starting the vehicle
• The oil level should be between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick
Note: When the oil level is lower than the lower line of the oil dipstick or higher than the upper line of the oil dipstick, it is forbidden to start the diesel engine

Coolant level
• Check the coolant level in the sub-tank to see if it is within the proper range
• The coolant level should be between the upper and lower graduation marks
• Check for leaks outside the diesel engine cooling system and supplement if necessary
Air filter intake resistance – if there is no such configuration, please ignore

• Check the air filter for dust, if so, please clean it in time
• Check whether the filter element is deformed or damaged; if so, please replace the filter element in time

Diesel Exhaust Fluid – Urea Level
• Pay attention to the urea level pointer on the instrument panel
• When the urea level pointer points to the red area, it means that the urea level is too low, and urea solution needs to be added in time
• Running without urea for a long time will cause the vehicle to become weak
Notes on starting the engine
• Wait for a while after turning on the key switch, and then start the engine after the “Wait to start indicator light” goes out
• After starting the vehicle, observe the instrument panel. If the fault light is always on, it means that the system has a current fault and should be repaired immediately.
• When cranking, the motor should not run continuously for more than 30 seconds. When cranking continuously, it should be carried out at intervals of 2 minutes. If the crank fails to start after 3 consecutive cranks, you should contact professional technicians or service stations.

Precautions while driving
• When driving, always pay attention to the changes of the water temperature pointer and oil pressure gauge on the instrument panel. If you find that the water temperature is too high or the oil pressure warning light is on, please stop the vehicle immediately and carry out maintenance.
• If the engine has the following conditions, it should be repaired in time: lack of cylinder, vibration, abnormal noise, leakage, sudden change of water temperature and oil pressure, smoke, weakness
• Before starting the vehicle, please idle for 3 minutes and then accelerate; after the vehicle is running at high speed, please idle for 3 minutes and then turn off the engine to protect the turbocharger from sufficient lubrication and cooling, prolong the service life, and prevent the engine from idling at a low speed Running time is too long (more than 10 minutes)
• Long-term operation at low temperature (below 60 degrees) or high temperature (above 100 degrees) may cause engine damage
• Avoid back towing the engine on long downhills, as this can cause a flyaway and cause serious damage
• After the engine is turned off, stay for at least 1 minute before closing the gate to avoid damage to the ECM and ensure that the aftertreatment system is emptied smoothly
• When welding on the vehicle, the battery must be disconnected first, and then the ECM harness connector must be disconnected to avoid damage to the ECM wiring or components
• Do not wash the engine, its parts and wiring harness with water
